Please note that urgent inquiries and appointments should be made by contacting us directly, by phone or in person.
Patients are advised to contact the office to schedule appointments. Please be prepared to inform the receptionist of the reason for your visit so that the appropriate time can be allotted for your evaluation and treatment.
Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment so that we may offer the opening to someone else in need.
Prior to getting a referral, you must first be seen at our office. If medically necessary, you will be referred to a participating specialist. We cannot issue referrals after the fact, so please obtain referrals prior to visiting the specialist.
Please allow 3-5 working days to process your referrals.
Call our office for questions about your co-pay, deductible, and whether your insurance will pay for your treatment.
If your insurance has changed, please notify our office immediately. Bring your new card into the office for your file.
When Dr. Ilogu is unavailable, there is always a covering physician. This service is available for non-routine problems that cannot wait for general office hours and should not be used as a matter of convenience. We trust you will co-operate with us in this matter.
